ALL RISK cover includes:

Third Party Liability: US$500,000.-Material Damage
Own Damage + Fire + Theft up to the vehicle value at the time of the accident.
Maximum limit US$10,000.- per person for the Driver & 4 Passengers for accidental Death or Total Permanent Disability with US$2,500.- maximum for Medical Expenses.

IMPORTANT Conditions & Exclusions

For TPL, maximum age of vehicle is 20 years
If Driver's age is less than 21 years old or more than 65 years old, a deductible of $50 is applicable for each and every claim.
Territorial limit: Lebanon only
Scratching & denting of the car in the All Risk cover are excluded
Total loss is when repairing cost exceeds 65% of the vehicle's market value at the time of the loss.
Theft of the vehicle is subject to a deductible of 10% of the vehicle's market value at the time of the theft or hold up
For theft cover, the car should be equipped with an alarm system.
Indemnity is based on the market value at the time of the accident disregarding the amount insured & as per ALIG estimate.
Cars carrying explosives, chemicals, gases and/or arms are excluded from any cover.
Depreciation will be applied from the 4th year of manufacturing being the current year.
Registration fees cover following total loss up to 7.5% of the insured capital (model 2004 and above).
Car replacement: 25$ per day up to max. of 10 days (excluding first 3 days model 2004 and above)
